Free Local Connector

Meet Yolo.

Yolo is the cozy local bridge between Pidgey, Ollama, and your own trading bot setup. Pidgey stays the friendly control surface, Ollama can be the private local brain, and Yolo keeps the bot connection on your machine where your keys belong.

What Is Yolo?

Yolo is a free connector pattern for people who want Pidgey to talk to a local bot without exposing exchange keys to the public web. It is not a paid tier. It is the friendly doorway for local automation.

How It Connects

  • Pidgey is the chat and control surface.
  • Ollama can run locally at localhost:11434.
  • Yolo listens locally at 127.0.0.1:8787.

Why Local?

Local mode keeps sensitive bot settings and exchange keys on your computer. Pidgey can send structured intents, while your local connector decides what is allowed.

Built For Control

The Yolo Git repo is where the product code should live. This page keeps the public explanation handy without pretending a one-click connector zip is ready.
